Dohrnii is a free email breach detection tool that searches publicly available breach databases and dark web sources to help users understand if their email addresses have been exposed in data breaches. The Service is provided for educational and personal security awareness purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may:

• Search for your own email addresses
• Search for email addresses you have explicit permission to check
• Use the information to improve your personal security practices

You may NOT:

• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Attempt to access accounts that don't belong to you
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or other security measures
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk query the Service
• Resell or redistribute breach data obtained from the Service
• Use automated tools to query the Service without permission

Rate Limits

To ensure fair access for all users, we implement rate limits on the number of searches you can perform. Attempts to circumvent these limits may result in temporary or permanent blocking of your access to the Service.

Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The breach data provided by the Service is aggregated from third-party sources. We make no guarantees regarding:

• The completeness of breach data
• The accuracy of breach information
• The timeliness of breach reporting
• Whether all breaches containing your email are detected

A negative result (no breaches found) does not guarantee your email has never been exposed in a breach.

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DOHRNII BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dohrnii from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

The Service relies on third-party breach databases and APIs. Your use of the Service may be subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

The Dohrnii name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. The underlying breach data belongs to the respective third-party sources from which it is aggregated.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
